The Purpose of Our Sustainability Report
We aim to inspire and create a positive impact. Our sustainability report highlights responsible business practices, employee development, community engagement, and environmental management. It provides stakeholders with an overview of our goals and progress, based on data from various sources.

Sustainability Governance
Sustainability is critical to the long-term success of our business and the well-being of our stakeholders. To ensure that we are effectively managing our sustainability performance, we have implemented a robust governance structure that sets clear roles and responsibilities for sustainability across our organization.
Governance Structure and Responibilities
Since 2021 our Sustainability Committee oversees strategy implementation, integrating sustainability into all operations. It sets targets, monitors progress, and reports performance to stakeholders.
Policies and Procedures Related to Sustainability
We have established policies and procedures to guide our sustainability efforts, including a Code of Conduct that outlines our ethical principles, respect for human rights, anti-corruption measures, and promotion of environmental sustainability.
Enviromental
We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment and promoting sustainable practices across all areas of our business. As a service company without production facilities, most emissions are generated in the areas of travel and transport.
Environmental Management System and Policies
We implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) to identify and manage environmental impacts, using KlimAktiv gGmbH's industry calculator for internationally standardized environmental indicators and CO2 balancing.
Energy Consumption and Emissions
We are dedicated to reducing our energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The total energy consumption in 2022 was 13.7% below the value of the previous year. This is largely due to the photovoltaic system on our roof.

In 2022, the emission values for 2021 were determined for the first time and this was set as the base year. In the further course of 2022, the reduction path was determined. This envisages a 50% reduction in emissions from Scope 1+2 and Scope 3.
Greenhouse gas emissions
Due to the exceptional business activity of this year, greenhouse gas emissions increased slightly in 2022. For 2023, we will increase our efforts to return to the reduction path.
Waste Management and Recycling
We are dedicated to reducing waste and improving recycling. Waste Collection Points with separate bins for recyclable materials have been established. Our employees also receive training on minimizing non-recyclable waste whenever feasible.
We maintain constant communication with our suppliers to enhance package sizes and minimize waste.
